Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Production time

All Aoife Lionel pieces are made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping times after production

Total delivery time from order to your door is typically 7–10 business days.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of your order, please email jaurasay@gmail.com.

Shipping delays

While we make every effort to ship within the timeframes above, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier issues. We'll always communicate proactively if your order is delayed.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email jaurasay@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue, including replacement at no cost if necessary.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once shipped, and replacement orders for shipping to incorrect addresses are at the customer's expense.

Returns shipping

For our full return policy, see our Refund Policy. In short: 14-day returns on unworn pieces, free return shipping for exchanges, customer covers return shipping for refunds.

Production and fulfillment

Your pieces are produced and shipped from our production partner's facilities within the United States. This ensures faster delivery and supports US-based manufacturing.
