Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tag must be attached
• Original packaging is appreciated but not required

How to start a return

Email us at jaurasay@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm condition, refunds process within 3 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for refunds.

Exchanges

For exchanges to a different size or piece of equal value, return shipping is on us. Tell us your preferred replacement when you email — we'll ship it the day we receive your return.

Quality issues

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement at no cost. No return required — keep the original or donate it. Please email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Made-to-order policy

All our pieces are produced when you order them. We're unable to accept returns on customized or personalized items, but we will always replace any quality defect.
